Participants will be guided through our 4 hour course with an instructor that will process current ideologies, provide context, pragmatic action plans on diversity and inclusion methodologies as it relates to the Performance plan. 1 hour of 1-on-1 consultation, 1 hour webinar and 2 hours of independent work.
