As we work to educate our staff's about cultural competence, diversity and inclusion issues in our organizations, we often find employees that need specialized attention and individualized lessons. We offer one on one training and coaching. Part of our work allows individuals the chance to assess their personal values, organizational values and create action plans for personal and professional growth. I look for it. We had no control over what we did or did not learn about others when we were growing up. Our elders did the best they could, given the tools they had available to them. We learned their vision and perspective of the world which could include their bias and jaded paradigms. As we mature, we must accept our responsibility to search for the truth and expand on the knowledge we have gained thus far. We grow by fixing our blind spots. 30 Minute Cultural Training Courses Cultural Competence Courses for Law Enforcement Cultural Competence Courses for Human Resource Dept. Cultural Competence Courses for Educators Cultural Competence Courses for Attorneys These Cultural Competence courses can be taken at your pace and include a self-scoring final examination. After passing at 80% or better, you will be emailed a certificate that can qualify for continuing education credits.
