Facing Disciplinary Action?
As we work to educate our staff's about cultural competence, diversity and inclusion issues in our organizations, we often find employees that need specialized attention and individualized lessons. We offer one on one training and coaching. Part of our work allows individuals the chance to assess their personal values, organizational values and create action plans for personal and professional growth. These sessions are about 3 hours, via Skype, Online Learning and Online assessments.

Personal Growth.
How do I find my blind spot? I look for it. We had no control over what we did or did not learn about others when we were growing up. Our elders did the best they could, given the tools they had available to them. We learned their vision and perspective of the world which could include their bias and jaded paradigms. As we mature, we must accept our responsibility to search for the truth and expand on the knowledge we have gained thus far. We grow by fixing our blind spots.

These Cultural Competence courses can be taken at your pace and include a self-scoring final examination. After passing at 80% or better, you will be emailed a certificate that can qualify for continuing education credits. Courses are open year round and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We train allies to disrupt the thinking of racist, bigot, or sexist individuals and empower facilitators to guide people to self recognition of personal bias and goal setting. We help people reorganize their lives to be more inclusive.
